All accepted papers (main conference and competition) MUST have at least one full registration no later than July 1, 2021, 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the early registration deadline). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. Each full conference registration can cover up to 2 papers. A student registration cannot cover a paper.

- Each paper must have at least one full registration. The 7th and 8th pages will incur a cost of USD100 per page.
- One full registration may cover max 2 papers.
- Refund Policy — All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made after July 6, 2021, 11:59 PM Pacific. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and can do this by logging into your registration account.
